Today was a medium long run. I was assigned 12 miles at about 6:00-6:15 pace. I was tired from not sleeping too much last night, but I still hit about 6:10/mile. I felt bad at the beginning, but as time passed I began to feel better.

Good luck at CU. I ran for 2 years there and I understand your excitement and pain. Just keep your focus strong and don't let the others intimidate you.
