Really easy run this morning. I did a longer run yesterday and worked for almost nine hours, so my legs were feeling lead-filled. I didn't wear a watch which was nice. Whenever I wear one, I am consistently pushing the pace. If I don't wear one, I can take it easy and rest up.

Nick, great to hear you're going to make it out on the 19th. Are you staying through Des News (7/24)? If so, you are still welcome to stay up here whenever you like. Yes, we do have a new baby, but he's pretty good so far. It would be no inconvenience for us, but more a question of what you're up for. In all events, I'm thinking of hosting a little gathering for bloggers and friends at my house after the 10k if I can rally some support for that. Just a concept at the moment, but maybe it will work. If others read this, let me know if you're interested.

Chad, I may be interested in a blogger gathering. Also, James and I are looking for a some floor space near the race to crash on the night before Des News. If you are anyone else you know wants to host a couple more guys, we promise we won't be any trouble.

Paul--see my comment on your blog, we would gladly host the Logan contingent.

Yeah I am staying through for the Des News 10k (Im not going to run it though), and I think that I am leaving on the 25th. I would definitely be cool with a blogger gathering. I am excited to meet everyone. So far I know everyone (except Sasha) entirely through this website, so it will be awesome to actually meet them!
