Alright - I did 45 mins of the elliptical & 30 mins aquajogging (with a hard 10min interval while aquajogging). That elliptical kills me! I sweat like crazy, and my legs are pretty much shaking when I'm done (hmm..don't know how good that is). I ran another 1/2 mile! Very nice to run, regardless of the length. Soon my athletic trainer will let me run for 15 mins! I guess then I will get 3 miles in per day! Hah kidding...1.5 is a more probable number seeing as my current fitness level is unspectacular! Onward I press in the recovery process. The leg feels pain free! |
