An hour of aquajogging & 15 mins of freestyle swimming. I did a 25 yard "all out" sprint to see how fast I could go. I swam 17 secs. for the distance - very fast for me. Most of the time I struggle to stay afloat, much less swim with any speed or grace :). I did some core strength drills, too. I weighed myself for the first time since my injury (4-5 weeks ago), and I weigh 137 lbs. (I have gained nothing!). |
