Today was another easy run with a few strides (8*150 meters) at the end to make things interesting. My foot still hurts pretty bad, but a little ways into the run the pain dissipates, and I am ok. I am hoping that it quits here soon, as I have a workout tommorrow. This is one of those things that typically runs its course then goes away. I have been stretching it, too, which should help out a bit. |
