Alright, my first decently aerobic run in a while. I ran out 4.5 with our team before turning. I ran back a bit faster because my knee felt great. It sort of "numbed out" after 5 miles. Overall pace on the way back was 5:45ish. Wetmore seemed pleased. He said that I am waiting until at least late March to race again. This makes me happy. I have some time to get rid of this knee curse and gain some actual fitness. I talked to Mark Plaatjes yesterday at work and he indicated that I tore a bit of my vastus medialus. That would explain why it is taking a long time to heal. It does seem to be making some progress, though. As long as I can run hard at outdoors I am fine! Haha my profile is now posted on the CU website! They should put my picture up soon!

I haven't checked out your blog in a while and missed this whole injury. So sorry you have had this trouble! Continue to watch and listen to your body carefully, it seems you are still healing.

So your profile had "Junior" and "Freshman" at different places. You are a freshman, right?
