Easy run today out to Lucent Blvd. and back. I did 6x200 meter strides at the end, too. My highest mileage week ever :)!!! If I want to run well this next track season, I have to make a jump here in the next month or two. After a few weeks of this I am guessing that I will start to really feel it. For a week or two I feel like I can do almost anything, but after that I will really hit the realities/fatigue of 80 miles/week. I will just take it as it comes and try to survive! |
