Had a good Tm run this morning. (not sure I can say that about a Tm run). But it felt good. Which is a little strange because I had a tough pilates class last night. Great leg and ab workout! First 5 miles 8:00, working down to 7:30 mile 6 7:19, last mile in 6:48. All at an incline of 1.0. Hopefully the weather will hold, so we can get a good bench run in tomorrow. |
