Big 'A' run! in honor of those attempting the century ride down in St. George. Since I'm currently not a biker man - I got left behind! 'tis ok. Running is good for now. Decided to hit the Trappers Snowbasin Climb loop. Wasn't able to head out until later in the afternoon. The rain had stopped. but the wind was wipping. Good tail wind until the Sheep lady's house and then cross wind and head wind until I reached the top of Basin. Kept it around 8:30's to the base of Trappers - then Avg around 11:00's to the top of Basin a couple walk break's thrown in there to save the legs. Total Ascent 2,941 Descent 2,797. Most of all the Ascent was in 7 miles. Good tough run. Glad to be done! Feel Good - no pain in the calf.
