Early morning Tm run. Legs started to tighten up yesterday from the race on Sat. Just wanted to get some miles in and keep them loose. Started 8:34 worked down to 7:54 for the last mile. 1.0 incline. 5 miles. Hoping to have another great week!

you were scared weren't you? nice morning mileage, treadmill suucckkss. I am actually quite sore in the hamstrings from saturday. not sure why
