Great mid evening heat run around the Middle Fork loop. Met up with my bro Hairdog and set out. Didn't really push until the last mile. Felt good to get out and get the pavement under my feet though!
Nice run, so is that what that loop with your parents road is 6.37 miles or did you add on some? I am going to try and gt out at 2ish today and do wheelers if there is any way of you pulling that off!
It is good to see you and Chad still blogging about your running. I am happy to say I helped out with your blogging conversion. Now we just need to get Kelli and Jamie going!
