Early morning Pilates session. Good leg and Ab workout.
Hit Golds on the way home from work. Thought about hitting the Ogden Bench for a run, but decided to give it another day or so. 4 miles at 7:30 1.0 incline 5. 7:19 6. 7:08 7. 6:50.
The first few miles felt heavy from pilates this morning. As the run progressed things felt better. Not great, but better. |
