kinda sucked at a 7k this morning, but got some good warmup and cooldown mileage...
(seeing if a ramp-up of mileage is successful for a potential shot at a stupidly long race in 7 weeks...)

if i can put together a few solid weeks of training (admittedly, the plan is a little more aggressive than i generally advise people with regard to the rate of mileage increase, with 40 last week, 45-50 this week, 55-60 next week, then adjust from there), then i'll enter. i've got a few weeks before the entry fee increases, so that gives me a time cushion to decide.
