No, I didn't run too hard, so it was a pretty enjoyable run. I think she is pretty adamant about staying off, but I agree with y'all; I think she should get on (she keeps a spreadsheet of mileage already)
I am healed up pretty well; still a little numbness in my left big toe, but other than that I'm back to normal. I have no excuse for not running the past couple of days, just being lazy near Thanksgiving...
