You know the most depressing part about a 100-mile week?  Starting back at 0 the next day.

Nice mileage last week (I hear you about the "zero" aspect!).

Are you training for anything specific with this type of mileage?

I'm training for the Pinhoti 100 trail run in November. Being a grad student, I figure that my mileage will take a hit as soon as school starts (next week), so I'm trying to get in some pretty high mileage weeks before then. After school starts, I plan on running as much as I can when I can during the week and hitting some pretty long runs on the weekends, hopefully topping out with a couple of 30-40 mile runs.
