| | Met Mike at Evergreen Park, ran out to Tracyton boat launch and then back via the Manette Bridge. We ran 7:30 pace or something, but we were both exhausted from being up late the night before. So we sat at the bakery an extra long time, which means we solved more of the world's problems than usual. 1:04:10 supernova glide 4

4 mile YMCA loop early, easy pace. 29:49 PM -- 2 more around the track with the Jaguars (300s, 500s), so it's a small tempo workout.

| | It's only Tuesday and already turned into one of "those" weeks at work, and I was in too early and gone too late to fit in running today. But I did learn that the Nelson brothers made the cut for the Crow Pass Crossing! So I have about six weeks to work on my mileage, hills and bear-avoidance tactics. | Add Comment |
| | Warren-Manette bridge loop. This week's monsoon morning weather took a short break, so at least I was dry. 37:45 supernova glide 4
