Back outside today, I left for the Y but it was warm so I changed my mind. I did some of the 11th-Shore route, ran for 31 minutes, which is a little shy of the usual.
Lets hope this decent weather holds, eh? These 50s temps we've been getting are great, although I could do without the intermittent rain showers.
I've been looking at the weather forecast for Richland and I did notice that if winds are present, they'll probably be hitting us on the return portion late in the race :( so keep your fingers crossed that it'll be calm or they'll at least be reasonable.
Good to know. The 7-day forecast has 59 and sunny in the Tri-Cities next weekend.
