I was a little cooked from Saturday's workout and my hamstrings asked for Sunday off. I gave it to them. This morning I ran easy on the 11th-Shore route, five miles in a bit longer than usual. I even ran the last 200m with a card table in my hand (it was on the corner with a 'Free' sign taped to it. The sign might have meant the stuff once on the table was free. But I have a new card table, and the neighbors might have learned a lesson about sign placement.) The run felt good though, by the end I was all loosened up and running free.
