Run at least one marathon every year until I buy the farm.

Personal:

Started running in November 2007 to get fit. Now I'm back almost to square one after back surgery. I did it once and I'll do it again.

Noon: Easy progression run- Muni Park & BC River Trail. 85 degrees and the air quality is still on orange alert due to the fires. Felt like I was breathing through a straw. We need a nice rain storm to move all of this smoke out but the long range forecast doesn't look promising.

Not going well at all. Between vacations, hamstring/hip soreness and general laziness, I've not been very consistent. I'm hoping to get in a tempo and 20 miler this week to get me into the groove. We'll see if I can make that happen.
