Tempo run. Wind was howling out of the north temp, 35. Didn't even take my watch since I was pushing the wind one way and it was at my back the other way. Not to accurate for timing. It was a good run though. Getting colder. No snow yet on the horizon. My hip is hurting off and on again, especially when I sit. |
