So I ended up getting sick. I have no patience with being sick. No way am I going to get the mileage in this month that I wanted to. Hopefully this will pass quickly. On the bright side, the weather is cold and windy so I would be on the treadmill. Maybe by the time I feel like running again the weather will be better. :)

Temp 8. Windchill minus something. Who keeps track anymore.

It was a good run, even on the TM.  My legs felt fresh and despite my ears being plugged and full sinuses I felt really good. Running always helps my disposition, which has not been good this week.  Maybe my body needed the rest. Un fortunately my brain didn't. Wish they were on the same page. :) 

It was head cold vs. sanity. Sanity won. So out Bayly, Maggie and I went for a run.

Temp.  -3, slight breeze. We did our usual out and back. I didn't take Garmin. I know my pace was slow. Some of the road had drifts. Fortunately someone 4-wheeled through them so I had tracks to run through. Dogs loved it. There are ice crystals in the air so even though the sun was out it was hazy. Really pretty. 

Busy weekend ahead. Tara is home for the week! Yea! Dustin is out west in the high country, snowmobiling, so Kaylie ask us to go with her to cheer on her students on the girls BB team in the district tournament. Ron and I are going to the Home Show and look at the latest and greatest in home updating. And at some point this weekend I have to finish painting. Oh yea and I have to run. :)
