| | Loving this gorgeous late summer weather. Low humidity, temps in the 70's and lower 80's, cool nights and no rain. The rivers are finally below flood stage yea! Average pace 9:15 today, felt good. My mileage is still way lower than I would like. It is what it is for now. Life is getting in the way of running. I usually am sorry to see summer end. | | Ran with the lead girls tonight for about 2/3, then they started to speed up so I dropped back. Temp was about 80 and breezy, but without that nasty humidity it was a good day for a run. | | Add Comment |

| | Awesome night for a run. Beautiful sunset to the west and full moon to the east. CC meet tomorrow. It is going to be a hot one. Temp supposed to be 87. Leaves are beginning to fall and beans are turning. It has been dry for about the last month. I haven't heard one person say "Gee, we need rain".
