I will run today.... I will run today....I will run today even if it is on the treadmill. (sigh)

Temp 8. Windchill minus something. Who keeps track anymore.

It was a good run, even on the TM.  My legs felt fresh and despite my ears being plugged and full sinuses I felt really good. Running always helps my disposition, which has not been good this week.  Maybe my body needed the rest. Un fortunately my brain didn't. Wish they were on the same page. :)

You'll get it done. How are you feeling?

Better. It is just a raging head cold. But I was so tired. I hate that overwhelming fatigue. I feel like such a slacker. My ears won't pop and my sinuses are full but at least I am starting to feel human again.

That's the worst. Maybe an outside run would help clear some of the crap out. I find that the outside air helps me get over head colds faster(though it does hinder getting over chest colds).

Of course, that would mean the weather outside would have to be conducive to that...
