Got sick again. A raging head cold last weekend, by the time I felt like running the weather turned, then Thanksgiving and Tara home. So I decided to just wait 'til everything was done and start again today. Weather was not bad. Temp 24, wind from the south had a bite to it. After the first 1/2 mile everything numbs and the rest of the run is good. Had my 4-legged running buddy with me. She was also going a little stir crazy the last 10 days. Running the Jingle Bell Run next week. Got the Christmas tree today, decorations are up and shopping is done. Yea! Now I can sit back and bask in Christmas spirit. :) |
