Tried the 10K hill program tonight. I'm not sure what the incline is, because I was to busy concentrating on staying on the treadmill and breathing. It was ugly. I only did 4 miles of that program. Then ran 2.2 at 8:34 pace. I'm going to keep working at it. I'm such a flatlander. Temp -3. Windchill advisory. It's going to be a cold week. |
