Speed workout: Ran to Albany HS track to do the workout. Ran to the track to warm up (~1.5 miles) 2x400 at Rep Pace (<80) with 400 recovery 4x800 at Int Pace (<3:00) with 2:00 recovery (200m) 4x200 at Rep Pace (<40) with 200 recovery. Ran home to cool-down (~1 mile)
Times were 400s in 82 and 82 800s in 2:58, 2:55, 2:59, 2:59 200s in 40, 38, 38, 37 Felt like absolute crap and had trouble hitting the times. Blech
