5 miles with sadie. Easy pace (7:50s) I've been having a lot of issues with my left ITB which was really making me concerned and just bugging me in general. Some days it would be great and some days it would hurt after 4 miles. So I was icing, rolling, and stretching. My shoes (Brooks Ravenna) had about 275 miles on them so I got a new pair of Brooks Adrenaline to start to rotate in. I used them today and instantly all my knee pain went away. It was like some magical thing. Not sure if it's the Ravenna to Brooks switch or just that the Ravennas were beat but I don't care!
