East Boulder community park loop.  LOTS of runners out this morning.

I am getting close to being ready for our two week vacation that starts on Sunday.  I've been cooking A LOT lately. My goal was to have all our dinners for two weeks prepared so that we wouldn't have to do much meal prep and I think I've got it!  Our deep freezer is loaded up with jars and containers of curry, stew, stir fry, quiche, and soup.  We are going to Park City for a few days with my family and then heading south to Lake Powell for a full week of camping, skiing, swimming, and relaxing. Its going to be fun!

That is a lot of work Nan! Way to go staying on top of everything.

You're going to two of my favorite places. Have a great trip. I'm not far from PC....It would be fun to see you!

I totally agree with kassi. Park city~lake powell what a perfect combo. You guys deserve some R&R! Those meals sound yummy.

Hey Kassi, I just looked up our cabin and it looks like it is actually 30 minutes from Park City up in the hills north of Coalville. Since I only have 3 days with my family I think I ought to stay put and run the trails around there. I would love to see you too if you're up for coming my way or we can postpone until a later trip. We come to SLC twice a year and often stay with my SIL who lives in NSL, so I can keep you posted when our next visit is.

Oh, for sure stay with your family! That will be awesome! I'm always around for next time.
