My neck is still super spasm-like tight and I never felt good on my run until it was over and I was sitting on the floor stretching.

Ouch Nan ... sorry. Have you ever tried one of those pillows that conforms your neck while you sleep ... mine has helped me in the past. Good luck, I am sending healing wishes your way.

That is so wierd. I'm glad you were able to get a run in today, but I'm sorry you struggled to feel good.

Thanks guys, yeah I am feeling a little better today.
Bonnie, I have a memory foam pillow but its just too thick for me. I used to sleep with a pillow under my head but after I started getting more chiropractic work done it just felt better to sleep without one. So I usually sleep on my back with no pillow under my head. I do put a pillow on the side of my head in case I decide to roll onto my side then it is there for me to use. Little strange, I know. Aaron and I are both the same though. Just feels good to keep the neck flat.
