No run today.  Plenty of "movement" though with vacuuming the house, mowing the lawn, changing and washing all the sheets, mopping the floors, cleaning toilets, cleaning kids rooms, packing, ect ect.

Met Mom at the Airport at 2:00 p.m. where I gave her a quick tutorial on the Garmin Nuvi and sent her off with my kids.  Aaron and I got on our 2:45 p.m. Southwest Airlines flight to Baltimore.  We were not early enough to get seats next to each other so we both got stuck in the despised middle seat a few rows apart....oh well.  Arrived in Baltimore around 8:30 p.m., grabbed a burrito in the Airport and rode the light rail to our hotel in downtown.  Checked in around 10 p.m. and finally fell asleep around midnight. (10:00 p.m. Mountain Time).  So much for adjusting to E.S.T. before the race....time adjusting is overrated anyway.

Good luck with that burrito.

Thanks guys!

Burt-The burrito is strategic planning. Two days out. Tonight is spaghetti.

Speaking of burritos (and beans, more specificallly), you know who has a funny burrito (and subsuquent bowel problem story). Danny!!! Oh my heck he had me in TEARS a few weekends ago telling us his story. I'm laughing right now just thinking about it.

Thanks again for coming out for the Steamboat 50, Danny. And thanks for the good laugh. :)

I have been eating a lot of beans lately. A LOT! I could go for a good beans story.
