Ran Abe to his early morning math carpool, then on to the canal trail for what I thought would just be some easy mileage. About 3 miles in I decided to do a workout.
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 with 1 minute in between each. Held the pace between 6:00-6:15 on my intervals.
Felt pretty good.
