3 miles in 8:40 pace My legs feel pretty hashed after the race yesterday. Woke up a few times last night with restless legs. Considered taking today off, but then decided to go to the gym and lift weights and do a really easy shake-out run. Did 3X10 pull ups, 4X20 push ups, a few other lifts, ab work, and hip work. Busy day between Kindergarten graduation, 4 loads of laundry, and my first night going to Young Women's activity night (I was just called to serve as the 1st Counselor in the Young Women's program at Church and I'm super excited about it!) |
