Aaron is out of town so I ran the kids over to the Grooter's house and got a nice trail run in while they played with their favorite friends. The trails were quite sloggy and I came home with a couple extra pounds of mud stuck to my shoes and legs.

Didn't get my 35 mile goal this week.  Dang.  Shouldn't have wussed out on the snow day.
