Listened to some Chi Running on my run this morning. Working on my form. Good stuff.

From what I hear there are only 2 qualified Chi Running instructors in the state of AZ.

Good book, but maybe the audio version would be easier to get through. I read part of it last August (2009) and it's still on my headboard, but I can't get myself to choose that over any other book, including 'The Lore of Running' by Noakes...

Wow I didn't know you could become "certified" in Chi Running. That's the real deal.
Aaron has been reading "Running Fast and Injury Free" by Gordon Pirie (an old school world class runner). He keeps quoting to me the best parts and it has been very enlightening.

I'm going to check and see if my library has any of those books. They sound really good! Do you have any more suggestions? I haven't ever read any running-form books before.
