I had some success in high school and college. Winner 1985 Rod Dixon Run
Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.
Personal:
I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

AM: 6.5 miles up and down Grandeur Peak. It's been a few weeks soI'll be a little sore tomorrow.
I forgot how fun running down from the summit is in the snow!
Walked a total of 5 miles, mostly in the afternoon.
PM: 4.25 mile jog on the treadmill. Heavy lifting etc...
Nothing.
PM: Walked 4 miles in the evening - mostly with Ann. Andy is in Las Vegas for a wrestling tournament until Sunday.
PM: 6.5 miles on the treadmill. Weights.
AM: 7 miles - Grandeur Peak.
PM: Walked 2 miles.
