8.25 miles at Alta Ski Area. Fair amount of snow and lots of mud in the campground. Fun!
No running. Just a 2 mile walk.
Early AM: 6.25 miles around Sugar House Park.
PM: So apparently our days are getting shorter. I went up to Millcreek Canyon a little after 5 pm to run the Pipeline Trail and ended up having to run the last couple miles in the dark. Forgot a headlamp.
6.5 miles of helixtipical cross training and weights.
2 mile walk.
PM: I ran up and down the Pipeline Trail after work. I'm a creature of habit.
PM: 4 miles around the neighborhood.
