AM: 9.25 miles from Mormon Flats to Big Mountain and back. You climb about 1400 feet.
PM: 7 drizzly miles around Sugar House Park. 8 minute pace.
Off day.
PM: Met Jake for a run at Wheeler Farm.
PM: Walked to gym. 6 miles of helixing. Weights. Hot tub. All the while pondering the state of affairs in this country.
PM: Scootin along the Pipeline at sundown. Dropping Andy off at a Halloween party and a swanky dinner with Ann then Utes vs. UCLA. Perfect Friday night I believe.
PM: Up and down the Jordan River with Andy on his bike.
