Late AM: Weekly Grandeur Peak run. Lots of snow for October.
PM: A couple miles with the team.
PM: 6 miles around the neighborhood. State XC meet tomorrow.
AM: 8.25 on the Pipeline before heading over to the festivities!
AM: 5 miles around Liberty Park. 6 striders. Need to do striders more. It makes no sense to complain about slowing down and attributing it to age when I neglect striders. Why don't I apply more basic coaching fundamentals to my own training?
AM: 8 miles in 64 minutes on the roads in my neighborhood.
PM: 6.25 up and down Grandeur Peak and, damn, I'm tired.
I went and saw Free Solo about Alex Honnold's climb up El Capitan and I got fired up. Good to know I can still get inspired.
Super easy 4. Feet hurt from all the rocky trails lately. Finally broke down and got a pair of Hoka's.
