Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.
Personal:
I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

Off day - Parent-teacher conferences late.
AM: 2 mile walk at a brisk pace.
PM: 5 miles at Liberty Park.
AM: 125 push-ups/sit-ups.
PM: 4.5 miles at Liberty Park.
AM: 2 mile walk.
PM: 6.25 miles Grandeur Peak.
AM: 4 mile walk.
PM: 5.25 miles on the treadmill plus some strength training.
Read in the paper this morning that the federal government has decided to open Utah's national parks to ATV's. So much for peace and quiet.
