Last full day in Florida. Took the day off to take mom to church and hang out with her. Watched lots of Olympics.
AM: 8.25 miles around Dunedin. It occured to me that I know almost every street name in this town - even those in the subdivisions. I can't say the same for Salt Lake although I have now lived in Salt Lake longer than I did in Dunedin.
AM: 9.3 miles on the Pipeline Trail. I have lost a little fitness after a couple weeks of flat, sea-level running.
Thought a lot about what I might write if I ever return to posting publically on this blog.
AM: 9.3 miles in Millcreek Canyon.
AM: 9 miles on the treadmill.
Going to Red Butte tonight to see Jason Isbell. First concert since 2019 - a long time for me as a fan of live music.
AM: Easy 4 miles
