AM: Hard 6.25 miles on the elliptical and then a decent swim.
PM: 3 mile walk. Push-ups and sit-ups.
The meniscus in my left knee is almost certainly torn in a similar fashion as the right one that I recently had repaired only, judging by the pain, worse. Another operation is not in our budget right now so I'll probably just deal with it. This is definitely a bummer as I had set my running expectations very low but apparently not low enough.
