I had some success in high school and college. Winner 1985 Rod Dixon Run
Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.
Personal:
I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

AM: Easy 4 miles early then went to breakfast with Abby. After that I went to the gym and lifted enough so that I know I'll be sore tomorrow.
AM: 10 miles around Green River Utah - mostly around the high school track and dirt roads around the school. Beautiful morning in the desert.
PM: Hiking, tasting wine, swimming. Picking up Andy tomorrow from his 2 week adventure.
Rest day.
AM: 3 miles around Liberty Park plus 7 miles on the eliptical.
AM: Easy 4 around the neighborhood.
AM: Walk/jogged to the gym and back. 9.25 miles on the eliptical, weights, pancakes!
Today SCOTUS overturned Roe vs. Wade.
AM: 8 miles around Liberty Park.
PM: Easy 3 to get to 50.
