Good run today - felt better than I have in quite a while.
AM: 4 laps around Liberty Park, couple striders, bunch of jumping jacks.
Taking Andy down to Grand Junction today for a 2 week expedition he's going on.
Not running. Walked a total of 8 miles though - 4 miles in the morning around Grand Junction and 4 miles in the afternoon along the Colorado River in Fruita with Ann. It's hot down here!
AM: 9 miles around Fruita. May have discovered the world's worst high school track.
AM: Walked 3 miles before breakfast. Went to the gym and did 7.5 miles on the eliptical and lifted weights. Good workout.
