Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Have fun, not get fat, stay fit.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running in some fashion.
I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

AM: 10 swampy miles.
AM: A bit cooler this morning - mid 50s. 10.5 miles up and down the Division Road (along the border of Crow Wing and Cass County Minnesota and exploring the lakshore of Lake Ada.
PM: Lots of swimming and paddle boarding plus a 2 mile run with Andy.
PM: One easy mile plus weights in the hotel exercise room.
Noon: 4 hot, humid miles around the Lake formerly known as Calhoun here in Minneapolis. Haven't been here in a couple years and much destruction has taken place in my old neighborhood since then.
AM; 8 miles up and down the Mississippi.
AM: Crappy 2 miles in Lincoln, Nebraska
PM: Crappy 4 miles in Laramie Wyoming.
AM; Easy 3 miles.
