Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.

Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.
Personal:
I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

AM: 2 mile walk
PM: 6.25 miles elipticling
I actually ran this morning. 3 miles in 30 minutes around the Alta High track. Quite thrilled with this.
Abby graduated from high school yesterday. Very happy for her.
AM: 4 miles in lane 8 of the Highland High track. Splits - 10:21, 9:37, 9:32, 9:28. No knee discomfort, slight stiffness now. Icing.
AM: Walked to the gym, 4 miles of cross training on the helix, walked home.
PM: Walked 4.25 miles to the King's English and back to buy the new book about Bob Larsen - Running the Edge .
