Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.
Personal:
I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

AM: 6 miles at Liberty Park. 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups\
PM: 4.25 mile walk
Day off.

Another day off.
Went to the doctor again to talk about my MRI. I have a complex meniscus tear. Had a cortisone shot. No activity for 2 days.
PM: 3.5 miles around the neighborhood. Generally ran 2 or 3 minutes and walked for 1 minute.
100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups.
AM: 4 mile walk before going to Abby's track meet.
PM: 4.5 mile run around Liberty Park plus 100 push-ups and 100 sit-ups. Went to Hopkin's in downtown Sugar House after and had a beer.
