Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

Good luck tomorrow, Rob. Based on your exchanges with Steve, yesterday, I would say your in a perfect frame of mind going into the race. It's cool to have a group of racers with which you can exchange some friendly, competitive banter.

I can't wait to turn 50 later this year to escape your age group for three years! I will never run nearly as fast as you can so all I can hope to do is move up to higher age groups faster!

Yeah Wesley, we have a really good group of over 40 racers here in Utah. The competition is pretty intense, but friendly at the same time. It has meant so much to me to have these guys to compete with.
