Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.

Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

Oh man, your in Frisco? If I would have known I would have come and ran with you. I was 15 minutes away from Downtown and I love to run the Embarcadaro. I'm at the airport now waiting to go home.

Good workouts for a post half week! That is cool. I'll be in San Fran Wednesday afternoon, but near the airport. I'm hitting the Bay Trail for a long one.
