One thing I've been doing a lot lately is ab rollouts with my spiffy new ab wheel. This has made my abs mightier than those of your average man on the street. Should result in blazing fast race times.

That is awesome!!!!!
Totally reminds me of this patient I had yesterday. He told me this, no joke, completely serious:
"Teena, my core is getting so strong! I was eating popcorn while watching a movie and a piece of popcorn fell out of my mouth. You are never going to guess what happened. It bounced right off my abs and onto the floor. Didn't settle there or anything! Bounced right off!!!!"
Totally cracked me up!!! Nice job on those mightier than the average man abs!!!

You ever heard of 7 minute abs? Well, this is going to blow that out of the water.
ONE. MINUTE. ABS.
