3.5 easy miles this morning. I was going to run 8 but while I was running I remembered I have some kids coming in at 7 AM for extra help this morning. I have a meet tonight so this paltry effort will be my only run of the day unless I want to head out at 9 PM.

My alarm went off at midnight for some unknown reason. Hard to get back to sleep. Sluggish run.

We got a new alarm clock that is too complicated for me to figure out.

Just get a rooster. It'll be entertainment for the kids (and dog), and it probably won't wake you up at midnight.

roosters have other problems at midnight. i suggest a mature tree frog.
